- At all times we place the interests of our Clients at the forefront of any support we give or recommendation we make.
- Provide a clear, impartial and honest assessment of every property being offered to our Clients.
- Inform our Clients about all of the known costs of investing into a property and outline any realistic potential costs.
- Inform our Clients whether flooring, blinds, and furniture packs will be required in the property and provide an estimate of their costsWe shall provide our Clients, in respect to every property being bought, a written contract that sets out all of the terms and conditions in the agreement between them and EARTHSPACE Developers.
- We shall use plain language when writing or communicating with our Clients.
- We shall keep our Clients fully updated as to the progress of their property.
- We only publish advertisements, make statements, and disseminate literature that is accurate, reliable, and truthful to the best of our knowledge and experience.
- Additionally, EARTHSPACE, as a Member of the Kerala Builders Association (KBA), adheres to all the ethics of the Association.
